Service Description

This 6 week class explores the three main types of yoga and is great for new or experienced yogis. - Yin Yoga - Weeks 1 & 2 - This quiet, slow practice combines meditation, props and passive poses that focus on alignment and letting go in order to achieve a deep state of relaxation. - Hatha Yoga - Weeks 3 & 4 - Hatha Yoga combines meditation, breath and movement. Poses will flow slowly with the breath to create a balance between the body and the mind. This is an all levels class that beginner and experienced yogis will enjoy. - Vinyasa Yoga - Weeks 5 & 6 - Vinyasa yoga is a faster paced yoga class where you flow from one pose to another with your breath. Poses focus on strength and balance that will tone and target various muscle groups.
