Service Description

We have 3 Studio Spaces available to host private classes. Our Urban Art & Soul Graffiti Studio is approx 300sf and equipped with hardwood flooring, WiFi, Bluetooth Speakers, LED Lights, Yoga Mats, Blocks, Towels, Cleaning Supplies, Storage Cube Organizer (for belongings) Coat Rack, and Water Dispenser. There are folding tables & chairs upon request. Monday - Friday (9a - 6p) $35/hour Saturday & Sunday (9a - 9p) $45/hour Choose a day and time that works for you and your budget. Embodyment Wellness Studio accepts one-time event bookings and long-term commitments. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - Minimum 2hour book required. - A 2-week notice minimum is required for rental requests. - Initial rental inquiry is made via email or phone call. - The request should include; 1. Contact details. 2. Reason for space rental. 3. Dates and hours needed for space rental. - A rental agreement is created and signed by the renter. - Multiple payment options are available for studio space rental. - Must be made IN FULL 7 days before the requested date/time, failure to do so will result in denied access to our studio space. - A 15-minute grace period is given before and after the scheduled time. A fee will be applied for any additional time used. - A meeting will be required before the requested rental date to show space, how to access Bluetooth Speakers, LED Lighting, AC/Heating System, as well as showing you how to access and lock up the studio.
